Warranty

30 day limited warranty from the date of purchase against defects in material and workmanship. This warranty does not include damage to the product as a result of misuse or accident.

Consumer Product Returns

Should your product become defective during the warranty period, package the item securely and return it, prepaid/insured along with proof of purchase to:

To insure prompt repair, be sure that you provide complete legible information and a note indicating the nature of the product defect. Pretika will repair or replace (at our sole discretion) your product at no charge. Please include $10.00 (check or money order payable to Pretika Corporation) to cover return postage and handling charges. Pretika Corporation shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising out of defects in this product, whether or not caused by its negligence.

Some states do not allow for the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary, from state to state.

Shipping Policy

Pretika uses United Parcel Service (UPS) for all domestic shipments. Yahoo Shopping's order processing software is linked to UPS to automatically calculate the correct shipping rate based on your method selection of ground, 2nd day, 3rd day or next day (overnight).

For all international shipments, Pretika will use its expertise to offer shipping options that take into consideration overall cost, delivery time and import duties. A Pretika customer service representative will review your order and respond via email requesting your approval on these options.
